      長(zhǎng)春電子科技學(xué)院從成立至今已有二十余年，二十年在人類(lèi)歷史發(fā)展的長(zhǎng)河中，只是短暫的一瞬，但對(duì)于長(zhǎng)電人來(lái)說(shuō)卻是艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)、探索追求、不斷成長(zhǎng)壯大的二十年。二十年風(fēng)雨、二十年耕耘，如今學(xué)校已具萬(wàn)人規(guī)模，這里我要衷心感謝每一位關(guān)注著學(xué)校成長(zhǎng)的朋友，因?yàn)槟睦斫夂托湃?、關(guān)愛(ài)和支持，學(xué)校得以穩(wěn)健發(fā)展，我們將不負(fù)重托，在高等教育之路上不斷開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)新、積極進(jìn)取，以立德樹(shù)人為根本，為我國(guó)教育事業(yè)奉獻(xiàn)出我們長(zhǎng)電人的力量。

      不積跬步無(wú)以至千里，不積小流無(wú)以成江海，我們將秉承“厚德、守正、求是、創(chuàng)新”的校訓(xùn)，弘揚(yáng)“光電精神”特色校園文化精神，腳踏實(shí)地，埋頭苦干，堅(jiān)持內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展，提高辦學(xué)質(zhì)量，突出辦學(xué)特色，大力培養(yǎng)具有人文精神、創(chuàng)新精神和艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)精神的應(yīng)用型人才，努力將學(xué)校打造成以光電為特色的高水平應(yīng)用型現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)大學(xué)。

Changchun, located in the north of China, is a place full of nature bestows. On this vigorous and hopeful land, Changchun College of Electronic Technology, a developing institution of higher education, is continuously writing our own legend. 

Changchun College of Electronic Technology has been established for 20 years. 20-year is just a short moment during the progress of human history, but for a man who worked in this college, it was the two decades that filled with hard work, committed exploration and consistent growth. Through the difficulties and cultivation of 20 years, our college has owned more than 10,000 students and faculties. Here, I want to sincerely appreciate every friend, thank you for your attention to the development of our college. Our college has made a stable development thanks to your understanding and trust, caring and support. We will be fully up to the occasion to make the great innovation and active progress on the road of higher education. On the foundation of fostering virtue through education, we will take pleasure in making a contribution to the education cause of our country.

As the saying goes:’ No accumulation of steps, can’t lead to thousand miles. No integration of streams, can’t result in seas and oceans.’ We will take the motto of our college” Virtue, Integrity, Curiosity and Innovation”. We will promote “ Optical and Electronic Spirit” with campus culture characteristics. We will keep our feet on the ground and work hard like a horse. We will insist on the intensive development to improve the educational quality and establish our own characteristics. We will take the time to nurture the applied talents that endowed with humanistic spirit, innovation spirit and hard work spirit.
